Strong commercial understanding and industry knowledge are some of the reasons why former interim CFO of Endúr ASA, Einar Olsen (38), now is appointed permanent CFO of the industrial group.
– Einar Olsen knows the company and the processes we have been through very well, and he has a strong commercial understanding. Olsen therefore contributes both with commercial expertise and continuity, says CEO of Endúr ASA, Jeppe Raaholt.
Since the autumn of 2021, Olsen has been employed by Endúr ASA, first as head of business development and then as interim CFO. For the previous six years he was CFO in the subsidiary BMO Entreprenør. He is now taking on the role of CFO in Endúr ASA on a permanent basis. Olsen has two master’s degrees; one in accounting and auditing (MRR) and one in finance and administration (Civil Economist) from BI Norwegian Business School. Olsen takes up the position from August 2.
– Olsen has earned great respect and trust both in the company and among our owners. He also collaborates very well with the rest of the management team, which is a prerequisite for the further development of the group, says Raaholt.
Endúr has been through an extensive structuring process in recent years, but with Olsen as a permanent part of the management team, the group is well prepared for the journey ahead.
– The appointment contributes to the focus on our main goal, to further strengthen the group’s position as the leading player in the market for marine infrastructure and solutions for sea and land-based aquaculture, says Raaholt.
Olsen is happy about the opportunity he has been given in the Endúr group.
– Endúr is an exciting group with great potential. The company has been through significant structural changes, but the development is strong and the future looks bright. I am therefore looking forward to taking on the tasks and helping to further develop the group and our subsidiaries, says Olsen.
