10 December 2025 – Total Betong AS («Totalbetong»), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA («Endúr»), has today received confirmation that it will be set up for exclusive negotiations with a real estate developer regarding the construction of a sizeable new office building (“The Project”). The Project has an estimated value of NOK ~1+ billion and is scheduled to commence in H2 2026, with an estimated building period of 3 years. The Project will not be included in Endúr’s firm backlog before a binding contract is in place.
