October 27, 2025 – Endúr ASA (“Endúr”) is pleased to announce that Cristina Oscarsson has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Marcon Gruppen, a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA and the spearhead of Endúr’s Swedish operation. Cristina will assume her position at the beginning of January 2026.
Cristina Oscarsson (42) brings extensive leadership experience from the construction and civil engineering sector, most recently as Business Area Manager for Infrastructure at SVEAB, where she was responsible for around 60 employees and complex, multidisciplinary projects within groundwork, foundations, structures, and installations. Under her leadership, the business area has grown significantly, and she has led strategic initiatives such as marine projects and framework agreements, including SVEAB’s largest single project ever at Arlanda Airport.
Cristina has previously held roles as Project Manager, Site Manager, and Business Developer at companies such as SVEAB, Strabag, and Skanska. She has solid experience with budget and P&L responsibility, strategic planning, recruitment, organizational development, and execution of major infrastructure projects in Sweden and Finland. Cristina holds an education from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in industrial economics and civil engineering, and is fluent in Swedish, English, and Romanian.
