22 January 2026 – Igang Totalentreprenør AS («Igang»), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA («Endúr»), has been awarded a new contract for Tomtespesialisten AS worth a total of approx. NOK 62 million.

Igang will act as main contractor and turnkey supplier for the construction of the third building phase of the residential project Langhusene in Bryne. The third building phase consists of 22 appartments. Igang was also main contractor and turnkey supplier for the project’s first and second building phases. Construction is expected to commence in late Q2 2026.

The contract contains a financing reservation, expected to be lifted within short time. As such, Endúr expects to include the contract in its firm backlog per Q1 2026.

28 April 2025 – Igang Totalentreprenør AS (“Igang”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA (“Endúr”), has won two bids with a combined total value of NOK 115 million.

Igang will act as main contractor for Kvitsøy municipality for the construction of the new Kvitsøy school in Rogaland. The scope of work includes the turnkey delivery of the building, excluding groundworks. The contract has a value of approximately NOK 65 million. Building is expected to commence in Q3 2025 with a building period of 18 months.

Igang will act as main contractor and turnkey supplier for TPG Home and Westco Eiendom for the construction of 3 residential buildings with 12 apartments in Sandnes in Rogaland. The contract has a value of approximately NOK 50 million. Building is expected to commence in Q2 2025.
